At the end of 2007 he has expanded the Band that he formed for recording and playing his instrumental songs with a vocalist named Roza Lozica. Musical Impact is the name of this band. Rory is writing the basic tracks and Rick van Wort is writing the lyrics. With these tracks and lyrics the band is arranging the final version of the songs.

To release his first Album he founded LaRock Music Productions & Management together with his parents. LaRock has a little studio were Rory not only produces his own music but he also writes and record for other musicians.
